|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|
Step 1: Complete the return form located on the back of the picking slip and include it with your return.
Step 2: Affix the top return address portion of the return label on the box, over the original shipping label.
Step 3: Return to us, freight/postage prepaid. Keep your shipping records as proof of shipment in the event of a loss.
Please be advised that Kushies Baby USA Online cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach us.
Prepare the goods for return shipment by packaging them in a similar manner in which they were originally shipped to you.

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
|Kushies Baby USA Online stands firmly behind all of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or an online store credit equivalent to the purchase price. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied with the completed return form located on the back of the picking slip. Refunds will be issued in the same original method of payment unless a store credit is requested. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable unless a wrong item or defective merchandise was shipped. In this case, we will gladly replace the product(s) at no additional cost and reimburse the return shipping cost in the form of an online store credit once the returned product has been received and processed. The actual shipping charge will be withheld from a return credit if the original order met the free shipping threshold but exclusion of the returned item would have caused the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold.
|When will my order ship?|

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.|
